Tapialegal specialises in home organization and storage. The catalogue is grouped into four collections - Shelf Organizers, Drawer Organizers, Storage Bins & Baskets and Entryway Organization - covering kitchens, closets, pantries, garages and hallways.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order amount. Expedited and express shipping are not offered at this time.

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays; orders placed after 2:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Standard shipping then takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, and Tapialegal never stores full card numbers on its servers. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery confirmation for a manufacturing defect, damage that occurred in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size expectations or personal preference. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, contact us and we will help you choose.

Report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@tapialegal.com with your order number and photos showing the damage to the product, the outer shipping box, a readable shipping label and the inner packaging. Our team confirms eligibility within 1-2 business days.

For approved returns - defective, damaged or incorrect items - Tapialegal covers the return shipping cost. You will not be charged for sending a qualifying item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
